Use this page to ask us to delete specific personal data that Vroomi (Arri Tech Ltd) holds about you — while keeping your account open. If you'd rather close your account entirely, that's a separate request (see below).
What you can ask us to delete
Depending on how you use Vroomi, that can include:
- Profile details you've added — bio, photo, contact details, vehicle information
- Your lesson history, lesson notes and progress records
- Practice-test and mock-test records
- Messages and enquiries
- Saved or favourite instructors and search history
- Marketing preferences and any data used for optional features
Tell us in the form exactly what you'd like removed — everything above, or just certain items.
What we may need to keep
Some data can't be deleted straight away because we're legally required to keep it, or we need it to keep your account working. For example:
- Records we must retain for tax, accounting or other legal obligations (such as payment and invoice records)
- Information needed to prevent fraud, resolve disputes or keep people safe
- The minimum account information needed to keep your login active
If any of this applies, we'll tell you what we've kept and why.
How we handle your request
- We'll verify it's you. We'll confirm the request using your registered email address before we action anything.
- We aim to respond within 30 days. In line with UK data-protection law (UK GDPR), we'll complete your request within one month, and let you know if we need longer for a complex request.
- It's free. There's no charge to ask us to delete your data.
