General
What is Vroomi?
Vroomi is an all-in-one UK driving app that connects learner drivers with approved instructors and driving schools. Learners find instructors and track their progress; instructors run their whole business; and schools manage their team, leads and fleet — all in one place.
Is Vroomi available across the UK?
Yes — Vroomi is built for UK roads and covers all 166 DVSA test centres. As a growing community, the number of instructors near you will vary by area, and grows as more instructors join.
What languages does Vroomi support?
Vroomi supports 24 UK languages. Learners can filter instructors by the languages they teach in, so you can learn in the language you're most comfortable with.
Is there an app for iPhone and Android?
Vroomi is a mobile app for both iOS and Android. [Confirm store availability and add App Store / Google Play links here at launch.]
For learners
Is Vroomi free for learners?
Yes — learners can download Vroomi and use it free to find instructors, book lessons and track their progress. You pay your instructor directly for the lessons themselves, at the rates they set. [Confirm this matches your model before launch.]
How do I find an instructor near me?
Enter your postcode when you sign up and Vroomi shows approved instructors within your area, sorted by distance. You can filter by transmission, gender and language to find the right match. See our learners page for more.
Are the instructors qualified?
Vroomi is built for DVSA-approved driving instructors (ADIs) and trainee instructors (PDIs). Each instructor sets up their own profile with their details. We recommend you satisfy yourself that an instructor is suitable before booking.
Can I learn in an automatic car?
Absolutely. You can filter instructors by transmission, so whether you want to learn in a manual or an automatic, you'll find the right instructor.
How does progress tracking work?
Vroomi maps the DVSA syllabus into skills you can see. After each lesson, your instructor logs your progress, and you watch your skills tick off — with levels, streaks and badges to keep you motivated.
For instructors
How much does Vroomi cost for instructors?
Vroomi for instructors is £14.99 per month, or £149.90 per year (saving over 15%). Both include a 60-day free trial. Prices include VAT. See the instructor pricing for details.
How does the 60-day free trial work?
You get full access to Vroomi for 60 days free. To start the trial you'll add a payment method, but you won't be charged during the trial — and you can cancel any time before it ends and pay nothing. If you don't cancel, your subscription begins when the trial ends.
Why do I need to add a card to start the trial?
Adding a card keeps things simple — your subscription continues seamlessly if you decide to stay, with no interruption. You're not charged until the 60-day trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost.
Do I set my own prices?
Yes. You set your own hourly rate and any block or bulk discounts. You manage your own diary and pupils, and mark lessons paid or unpaid. Vroomi is your business toolkit — you stay in control.
What are the DL25 mock tests?
Vroomi includes a full digital DL25 marking sheet, so you can run mock tests just like the real thing — logging faults as you go, with auto-save and a branded PDF report to share with your pupil afterwards.
Do I need to be a qualified ADI?
Vroomi is built for approved driving instructors (ADIs) and trainee instructors (PDIs). You're responsible for holding the right qualifications, insurance and a suitable vehicle for the instruction you provide.
For driving schools
How does pricing work for schools?
Schools pay per instructor seat — £14.99 per seat per month, or £149.90 per seat per year (saving over 15%), including a 60-day free trial for your whole school. You add or remove seats as your team changes. See the schools page.
How do instructors join my school?
You invite instructors with a simple join code (a VRS code). They enter it when they sign up and they're added to your school and syncing in minutes.
Can I see my instructors' earnings?
Instructors set their own pricing and manage their own diary. As a school you get an overview of your team's activity, pupils and availability. [Confirm exactly what the school can and can't see, to match your model.]
How do leads work?
Enquiries — from your public school page or added by hand — land in your leads inbox. You assign each lead to the right instructor and track it through the pipeline, from new to converted.
Does my school get its own web page?
Yes — each school gets its own public profile page showing your instructors, pricing and an enquiry form, so learners can find and contact your school. [Confirm this is live before launch, or mark as coming soon.]
Billing & account
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any time from your subscription settings in the app. If you cancel during your free trial, you won't be charged. If you cancel while subscribed, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. [Confirm cancellation behaviour matches your Stripe setup.]
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices shown include VAT where applicable. Vroomi is a trading name of Arri Tech Ltd.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes — when you're billed, Vroomi generates a VAT invoice you can view and download from your subscription screen in the app.
How is my data handled?
We take your privacy seriously and handle your data in line with UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how we use it.
