Vroomi is built for DVSA-approved driving instructors (ADIs) and trainee instructors (PDIs). Each instructor sets up their own profile with their details. We recommend you satisfy yourself that an instructor is suitable before booking.

Vroomi for instructors is £15.99 per month here on the website, including a 60-day free trial. Prices include VAT. If you subscribe inside the iPhone app instead, Apple charges £19.99 — Apple takes a commission on in-app subscriptions, and that difference is the commission. You get full access to Vroomi for 60 days free. To start the trial you'll add a payment method, but you won't be charged during the trial — and you can cancel any time before it ends and pay nothing. If you don't cancel, your subscription begins when the trial ends.

Adding a card keeps things simple — your subscription continues seamlessly if you decide to stay, with no interruption. You're not charged until the 60-day trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost.

Yes. You set your own hourly rate and any block or bulk discounts. You manage your own diary and pupils, and mark lessons paid or unpaid. Vroomi is your business toolkit — you stay in control.

Vroomi includes a full digital DL25 marking sheet, so you can run mock tests just like the real thing — logging faults as you go, with auto-save and a branded PDF report to share with your pupil afterwards.

Vroomi is built for approved driving instructors (ADIs) and trainee instructors (PDIs). You're responsible for holding the right qualifications, insurance and a suitable vehicle for the instruction you provide.

Schools pay per instructor seat — £15.99 per seat per month, including a 60-day free trial for your whole school. You add or remove seats as your team changes. School subscriptions are the same price however you reach us: there is no in-app purchase for schools, so the iPhone price difference does not apply. See the schools page.

You invite instructors with a simple join code (a VRS code). They enter it when they sign up and they're added to your school and syncing in minutes.

Yes — each school gets its own public profile page showing your instructors, pricing and an enquiry form, so learners can find and contact your school. [Confirm this is live before launch, or mark as coming soon.]

It depends where you subscribed. If you subscribed here on the website, go to your account or vroomi.co.uk/cancel-subscription and sign in — you can cancel there yourself. If you subscribed inside the iPhone app, Apple holds the subscription and only Apple can cancel it: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel Vroomi there. We cannot cancel an App Store subscription for you, and cancelling on this website will not stop one. Either way, if you cancel during your free trial you won't be charged, and if you cancel while subscribed you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Yes — when you're billed, Vroomi generates a VAT invoice you can view and download from your subscription screen in the app.
